Dedicated to keeping every project organized and moving forward, Tauany coordinates schedules, clients, subcontractors, and our field team from start to finish. Her focus on communication and attention to detail helps ensure each project receives the care and follow-through our clients expect from TLC.

As our Administrative Director, Carol keeps everything behind the scenes running smoothly. From client communication and scheduling to documentation and daily operations, she plays an essential role in keeping our team organized, responsive, and connected.
Supervisor & Lead Carpenter
Leonardo oversees day-to-day operations in the field, ensuring projects stay on track and meet TLC's standards for quality and craftsmanship. He works closely with our crews and project management team so plans are properly executed from start to finish. With a hands-on approach and a strong eye for detail, he brings skill, experience and craftsmanship to every project, taking pride in delivering high-quality work while guiding our field team through each stage of construction.
